During the water process,the green coffee is pre-soaked in water toexpand the beans for caffeine extraction.The hydrated green coffee is thenintroduced to a unique solution ofconcentrated coffee solubles that draw outthe caffeine while minimizing the loss offlavor compounds. Once the caffeine hasbeen removed the green coffee is re-driedand re-bagged for transport, and theextract solution is filtered of its caffeineand recycled to be used again
