We have been in the coffee industry most of our lives and finally decided to delve in head first to the roasting aspect. We strive to progress in all ways of life and apply that to our roasting ethos.

Have been in the coffee field for five years & absolutely love it
Hobbies: reading, hiking, nature walks, listening to music & adding to my vinyl collection, taking care of my houseplants, photography, thrifting
Fun fact: I’m a huge Stevie Nicks & Pink Floyd fan
Future goals: To become a counselor because I care about helping others & kindness is so important to me. But also see myself staying in the coffee industry as well
Favorite drink: Oat milk latte, cortado, or an iced matcha with sugar free vanilla and oat milk
