Farm Notes: 
This coffee comes from agroup of 4 producers in the small rural villages of El Paraíso and La Sultana Belén Ocotepeque. The farm's maintenance process is organic and manual, using machetes and hoes, with no chemicals. Fermentation and drying are done in the traditional way, using wooden troughs for fermentation, washing in a canal, and drying in small cement patio or tarps.
